Occupational Therapist School Setting - Auburn, WA

Qualifications:

• Current, valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington State
• A minimum of two years’ professional experience in pediatric settings or schools preferred
• Active Medicaid provider number and up-to-date CAQH profile
• Credentialed with major insurance providers, or ability to secure credentials before start
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—ability to engage with students, educators, and families
• Dedication to evidence-based practices and commitment to ongoing professional growth

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students per IEP requirements and district standards
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Provide consultative support to teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district, state, and Medicaid requirements
• Adapt services and interventions based on evolving student needs and caseload details
