Qualifications:
- Current, valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington State
- A minimum of two years’ professional experience in pediatric settings or schools preferred
- Active Medicaid provider number and up-to-date CAQH profile
- Credentialed with major insurance providers, or ability to secure credentials before start
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—ability to engage with students, educators, and families
- Dedication to evidence-based practices and commitment to ongoing professional growth
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students per IEP requirements and district standards
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide consultative support to teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district, state, and Medicaid requirements
- Adapt services and interventions based on evolving student needs and caseload details
