Key Qualifications:

  • Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license required
  • Minimum of 2 years of school OT experience preferred
  • Must have an active Medicaid provider number
  • CAQH profile required
  • Credentialing with additional insurance companies preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions to support student learning and participation
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to create effective therapy plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state policies
  • Travel between sites may be required depending on the finalized caseload
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the team, ensuring student needs are being met

The role is based in a welcoming academy, offering approximately 35 hours per week.
