Preferred Qualifications:

• Active license as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Colorado or eligibility for licensure
• Prior experience in a school-based OT setting strongly preferred
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, writing IEP goals, and delivering therapy interventions in line with school protocols
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with teachers, administration, and caregivers
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs and learning styles

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ functional abilities and develop tailored OT intervention plans
• Collaborate in creating and updating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students as prescribed
• Maintain clear documentation and progress monitoring in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to foster student success across multiple environments
• Provide resources and education to staff and families supporting students’ developmental progress
