Qualified applicants possess:

• A current Occupational Therapist license, valid in Colorado
• Active Colorado Department of Education (DOE) certification
• Certification and experience providing OT services within school settings
• Comfortable engaging with students from elementary through high school levels
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent organizational and assessment skills

Key responsibilities in this role:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students, supporting their participation in the classroom and throughout daily school routines
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and strengths
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Offer training and resources to teachers, staff, and families to foster students’ access to education
• Regularly participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
