1:1 Certified School Occupational Therapist | Aurora, Colorado

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy certification and current state licensure
• Previous experience in a school environment or pediatric setting
• Confidence and competence in 1:1 therapeutic interventions
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Ability to build relationships with students, faculty, and families
• Commitment to ethical, student-centered care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored 1:1 occupational therapy assessments and interventions for students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals
• Develop creative treatment plans to address fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and staff development
• Adapt services to meet the evolving needs of students throughout the school year
