1:1 Licensed School Occupational Therapist - Aurora, Colorado

Qualifications:

• Certified Occupational Therapist with current state licensure
• Experience working with students in a school-based setting preferred
• Skilled in providing 1:1 services and individualized interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, parents, and staff
• Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to student needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted occupational therapy services to students on a 1:1 basis
• Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized therapy programs to meet each student's unique needs and goals
• Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to integrate therapy goals into daily routines
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and therapy sessions
• Attend and participate in meetings, such as IEPs, to advocate for student support
• Provide guidance and education to school staff and families on strategies to support student growth
