Travel Occupational Therapist School Setting - Aurora, CO

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat students with various physical, sensory, and developmental challenges to improve their functional abilities and participation in school activities.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct occupational therapy services, including therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment recommendations, and skill-building exercises.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with school staff and families to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant educational and therapy regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license appropriate for the state of Colorado.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and educational frameworks.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to different school environments.
