Step into a vital role supporting students as an Occupational Therapist in a dynamic school setting. This onsite contract position begins August 3, 2026, with students starting August 17, 2026, and concludes May 28, 2027. You’ll work full time (37.5 hours per week) with elementary and middle school students in both self-contained and resource environments.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid and current Occupational Therapist license
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies appropriate for elementary and middle school students
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and motivated to support diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions and consultative services within school settings
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with educational and legal standards
  • Participate in monthly team meetings, roundtable discussions, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the region via a dedicated intranet platform
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
