Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state license or eligibility for Occupational Therapy practice
• Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, though enthusiastic new graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to complete comprehensive assessments and create individualized plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative Occupational Therapy services to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct evaluations to identify students’ needs and recommend interventions
• Develop and implement therapy activities to improve daily life skills, sensory processing, motor skills, and classroom participation
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide guidance and education to staff on supporting students’ functional skills in the classroom
