Step into a rewarding part-time opportunity supporting students’ growth through Occupational Therapy services in a welcoming educational environment. This contract role is perfectly suited for a skilled OT interested in making a direct impact while maintaining schedule flexibility. Services are delivered primarily via teletherapy, allowing you to work remotely and efficiently reach your caseload, which consists of approximately 32-33 students receiving therapy once a week, with a few needing sessions twice weekly.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid OT license in the state
  • Proven experience in school-based settings or pediatric populations
  • Familiarity with teletherapy practices and digital assessment tools
  • Skilled in developing and implementing IEP-based interventions
  • Effective communication with students, families, and school teams
  • Strong organizational skills for managing part-time caseloads

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments and deliver occupational therapy in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Develop and track individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups, via teletherapy platforms
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes aligned with school guidelines
  • Collaborate proactively with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for program planning
