Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current and valid Occupational Therapy license for the state of Arizona
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, educators, and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized strategies and interventions for elementary-aged students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students on your elementary caseload
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Provide direct and consultative therapy tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in alignment with district and state requirements
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and caregivers to optimize student success
• Participate in relevant IEP meetings and contribute expertise within multidisciplinary teams
