Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of Arizona or eligibility to obtain before the start date
• Experience working as a school-based OT is highly valued
• Strong understanding of IEP development, goal setting, and progress monitoring
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent time management, communication, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide both direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12
• Evaluate students' needs, develop and implement personalized intervention plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reviews
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with school and federal guidelines
• Serve as a resource on sensory, fine motor, and functional skills to staff and teachers
