Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current, active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Missouri
- Recent experience in school settings, delivering occupational therapy to children and adolescents
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation for K-12 students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and district personnel
- Compliance with all district credentialing, including fingerprinting and submitting required technology forms
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate student needs and create individualized occupational therapy plans
- Deliver direct interventions for skill development, sensory regulation, and academic participation
- Maintain accurate session notes and progress reports
- Consult with educators and participate in multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
- Flexibly manage and prioritize caseload across one or more schools as assigned
- Ensure compliance with all state, district, and federal requirements
