Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Previous experience in a school environment strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with K-12 students across a variety of abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a small caseload
- Reliable and organized, able to deliver morning hours consistently during July
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct Occupational Therapy interventions for K-12 students during the ESY (summer) period
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success and progress
- Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation as required by school policies
- Adapt strategies and materials to meet diverse student needs
- Participate in team meetings as needed to discuss student progress
Role Details:
- Schedule: 2 days per week (choose between Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
- Shift: Morning hours only, allowing for a flexible summer work-life balance
- Duration: July, covering ESY (summer programming)
