Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience in a school environment strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with K-12 students across a variety of abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a small caseload
• Reliable and organized, able to deliver morning hours consistently during July

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct Occupational Therapy interventions for K-12 students during the ESY (summer) period
• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success and progress
• Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation as required by school policies
• Adapt strategies and materials to meet diverse student needs
• Participate in team meetings as needed to discuss student progress

Role Details:

• Schedule: 2 days per week (choose between Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
• Shift: Morning hours only, allowing for a flexible summer work-life balance
• Duration: July, covering ESY (summer programming)
