Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Proven experience in school, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy OT settings
  • Strong background in supporting students’ fine and gross motor skill development
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and school staff
  • Exceptional communication and organization abilities
  • Adaptable and resourceful in providing services in diverse educational settings

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services across multiple school campuses
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for students
  • Support students in achieving academic and developmental goals through targeted interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, caregivers, and other therapists to foster a supportive learning environment
  • Accurately document services, progress, and outcomes in accordance with school and legal guidelines
  • Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding students’ occupational therapy needs
