Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license
  • Prior experience working in school settings, preferably charter schools
  • Knowledge of delivering direct OT services to children
  • Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with school staff and student caregivers
  • Dedication to creating a positive, supportive learning experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct OT services to three students in accordance with their individualized plans
  • Assess students’ functional skills and develop targeted strategies to support their goals
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure cohesive care
  • Maintain accurate records of services and student progress
  • Adapt interventions based on student response and evolving needs
