Your expertise will support both direct and consultative occupational therapy services, covering a dynamic group of 86 direct and 9 indirect student consults.

Qualifications and Preferred Background:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist meeting all state requirements for school-based practice
• Previous experience in school settings or with K-12 students strongly preferred
• Strong consultative, communication, and organization skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Comfortable navigating IEP processes and documenting progress
• Adaptable and flexible to meet varied student needs within a shared-caseload environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to K-12 students
• Provide consultative support and recommendations for students receiving indirect services
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and team meetings as required
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation of all therapy activities and student progress
• Work closely with the onsite provider to manage caseload responsibilities and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Engage families and teachers in the therapy process for collaborative student support
