Step into a rewarding opportunity designed for dedicated Occupational Therapists passionate about impacting students in the school setting. This contract assignment runs from August 6, 2026, through February 12, 2027, with the potential for extension through the entire school year. You'll make a difference for a diverse caseload spanning TK–12th grade at multiple schools, offering your expertise to approximately 55 students.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver occupational therapy services in alignment with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. This role calls for strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, active participation in IEP meetings, and diligent documentation and service tracking. Your ability to foster student access, participation, and skill development will be central to your success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Possess active California Occupational Therapist licensure
  • Previous experience providing OT services in school settings
  • Proven ability to participate in and lead IEP meetings
  • Comfort with technology, including digital documentation systems; SEIS experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy interventions based on student needs and IEP team input
  • Manage a dynamic caseload across multiple school sites
  • Maintain up-to-date records and track services professionally
  • Engage with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to team-based planning
