Essential Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy (OT) license, or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred

• Flexibility and organizational skills to manage a varied caseload
• Familiarity with IEP process and school-based documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine eligibility and need for OT services
• Develop and implement individualized OT interventions to address students’ needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, such as IEPs, to contribute professional insight
• Provide both direct and indirect OT services in accordance with student goals
• Keep accurate and timely records/documentation as required by the school and state
• Support classroom staff with strategies to foster student independence
• Engage families to promote carry-over of therapeutic strategies at home
