This full-time assignment offers up to 40 hours per week, serving a school-based caseload for the 2026-2027 school year.

Utilize your expertise to help students succeed by providing vital occupational therapy services within a collaborative educational setting. You'll step in for a valued team member on leave, making a positive impact on student growth and development in the school community.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active, valid Occupational Therapist license in Michigan (must present a copy for verification)
  • Prior experience in a school-based OT role strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with educational settings and IEP processes
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and consultative services to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Develop and implement appropriate, individualized OT treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and required documentation according to state and district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise on student needs and supports
  • Adapt and modify activities to increase student access and participation
