This position spans the full academic year, from August 17th to June 3rd, providing the chance to support students in achieving their optimal potential across 2–3 school sites.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure in Ohio
- Previous experience within educational or pediatric settings highly preferred
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, educators, families, and support staff
- Skilled in assessing and documenting student needs and progress
- Passion for working with children and adolescents of all abilities, from preschool to high school
- Flexibility to travel between multiple school sites within the given region
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students in line with IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services in a variety of educational environments
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress toward functional and academic milestones
- Collaborate with teachers and special education teams to facilitate access to curriculum and school participation
- Educate families and school personnel on strategies and accommodations to support student needs
- Organize scheduling to serve students across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and high-quality care
