School Occupational Therapist | Bellevue, Washington

Make a real impact supporting students across a vibrant learning community as an Occupational Therapist for a district-wide, full-time role running from August 26, 2026, through June 16, 2027. This position offers the chance to collaborate with a dedicated team and serve children, teens, and young adults (ages 3–22) in a dynamic, school-based setting near Bellevue, WA.

As an itinerant OT, you’ll enjoy engaging work that takes you to different campuses within the district, providing tailored services for a diverse, energetic student population. The position includes four paid orientation days prior to the start of the school year, allowing you to settle in, meet colleagues, and prepare for a rewarding school term.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active Washington (WA) Occupational Therapist Certificate
• Valid WA Educational Staff Associate (ESA) credential
• Candidates must be present in the U.S. at the time of application
• Completion of fingerprinting and background check
• At least one year of experience in a school-based OT setting
• Ability to deliver in-person therapy and support (remote/teletherapy not offered)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services across the district to students aged 3–22
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized intervention plans
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Travel between assigned campuses to support various student needs

This contract opportunity is full-time, Monday through Friday, with seven and a half paid hours per day and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
