Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Current Occupational Therapist license for Washington State (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in a school-based setting, pediatric or youth population preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Solid documentation, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
• Comfort working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments of students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) addressing OT goals
• Deliver direct, consultative, and group therapy services
• Document progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
• Participate in team meetings, IEP discussions, and professional development activities
