Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist licensure
- Experience or interest in school-based therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to actively participate in orientation and ongoing training
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT services to a diverse student population
- Collaborate with educators, families, and peers for holistic support
- Utilize provided equipment and testing materials to facilitate effective interventions
- Participate in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
- Engage in regular 1:1 check-ins and team meetings with leadership for ongoing guidance
- Take part in annual performance reviews to support your career development
