This engaging role involves working with students from preschool to middle school, providing essential support and interventions that empower young learners to thrive both academically and personally.

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Occupational Therapy license and certification
• Arizona Speech and Language Pathology certificate required
• Experience providing occupational therapy in school settings strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and goal setting
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with diverse age groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students’ needs, developing individualized and group intervention plans to enhance student participation and success in school activities
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students’ learning and development
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of student progress and related services
• Consult and provide resources to staff and families to integrate therapy strategies into classroom environments
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development as required
