Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Licensed and certified Occupational Therapist
  • Previous experience in a contract or school environment preferred
  • Familiarity with teletherapy and home health OT services
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work with students across K-12 grades
  • Organizational and time management skills to maintain a full caseload throughout the academic year

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments and individualized OT treatment plans for K-12 students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and service providers to support student development
  • Deliver therapy through in-person sessions, with potential for home health or teletherapy as needed
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive environment to help every student reach their potential
