Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid occupational therapy licensure
  • Experience in school-based OT, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy preferred
  • Comfort providing services across all grade levels (K-12)
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and service providers
  • Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet students’ diverse needs
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to support students’ academic and functional success
  • Assess students’ abilities and develop actionable treatment plans
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student independence and participation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, maintaining accurate and timely documentation
  • Support a positive and inclusive school environment by recommending classroom modifications and strategies
  • Utilize a variety of tools and technologies, including teletherapy when needed, to reach all learners
