Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current Occupational Therapist license in California
  • Background in school-based OT, healthcare, or home health settings

  • Exceptional communication skills with students, families, and staff
  • Adaptability and organizational excellence in dynamic educational environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students in both school and home settings
  • Conduct assessments, develop goals, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom or home environment
  • Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP development and review
  • Support families with techniques and resources for continued progress outside of sessions
  • Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
