Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs for students
• Effective communicator with students, teachers, and parents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional needs within the educational environment
• Create and implement individualized therapy plans to address students’ goals
• Document progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Contribute to multidisciplinary IEP teams and meetings
• Provide training and resources to staff and families to support student success
• Deliver direct and consultative services within the classroom and individually
