Compensation for this opportunity ranges from $55 to $70 per hour.

Desired Experience & Skills:

  • Current Occupational Therapist licensure in California
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in school settings
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
  • Ability to implement evidence-based therapy and intervention strategies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
  • Compassion, flexibility, and a passion for helping students achieve their potential

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services as outlined in student plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Consult and train educational staff and families on strategies to support student success in the classroom
