Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Illinois state OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience providing occupational therapy in school settings strongly preferred

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students referred for OT services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with the educational team

- Adapt activities and modify classroom environments to help students achieve independence
- Track progress and maintain thorough documentation according to district and legal standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to student plans
- Educate school staff and families on strategies to support student needs
