Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapist license (OT) valid in Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT environment preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload across multiple age groups
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday until early December
  • Serve elementary (K-2 & 3-5), middle, and high school students, grouping where appropriate
  • Caseload consists of:
    • Elementary K-2: 9.5 direct hours
    • Elementary 3-5: 9.5 direct hours
    • Middle School: 4.5 direct hours
    • High School: 1 direct hour with an individual student
  • Collaborate with educational teams to support students’ IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation and communicate progress
