Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current OT license in the state of Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience working in a school-based environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of pediatric OT practices and sensory integration
  • Able to conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement targeted interventions
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ needs and strengths using standardized assessment tools
  • Design and deliver individualized or group therapy interventions supporting fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
  • Contribute to IEP teams and develop measurable goals for students
  • Provide training, resources, and strategies for teachers and family members
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school district and state requirements
  • Foster an inclusive and accessible classroom environment for all students
