Occupational Therapist School Setting in Bethlehem, PA

You will manage a varied caseload, providing direct and consultative OT services to students across all grade levels. Through your expertise, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that support students’ success in and out of the classroom.

What You’ll Need:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Active Pennsylvania OT license
• Valid PA teaching certification and up-to-date state clearances
• Experience with school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to the needs of a diverse student population

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and create individual treatment plans
• Deliver direct and indirect OT services within K-12 school settings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations
• Monitor and report on student outcomes
