We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to work full-time with a diverse caseload of over 50 students, empowering children to achieve their full potential through individualized therapy and support.

With a 35-hour workweek and a clear schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, you’ll have the structure and continuity needed to build strong connections with students and collaborate effectively with educators.

Key Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with active credentials
  • Previous experience working in K-12 schools (required)
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 50+ students with varying needs
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and other staff
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Comfortable adapting therapy plans within a dynamic school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Support student functional skills to enhance their participation in academic and daily activities
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional insight for student success
  • Monitor progress, adapt plans, and ensure continuity of care
