You’ll engage with a diverse K-12 student population, primarily focusing on PreK ages, and collaborate with a dynamic educational team. Exposure to various teaching methodologies and leadership styles will broaden your skills and résumé—helping you grow as an OT and a leader in the field.

What we’re looking for:

  • Licensed OT or seasoned COTA considered
  • Prior school-based therapy experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
  • Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Willingness to adapt and work in a travel role
  • Effective communicator and collaborator with school teams and families

Your responsibilities:

  • Assess and support the needs of students across K-12, primarily PreK
  • Provide therapeutic interventions and track student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Integrate AAC technology where appropriate
  • Create engaging and supportive environments for students with ASD
