Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) eligible for practice in Illinois
- Experience or strong motivation to work in school-based settings
- Knowledge of or experience supporting students with Emotional Disabilities, Autism, and Life Skills needs preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to travel between sites (Peoria and Bloomington)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, intervention, and consultative OT services to students (1 day/week in Peoria ED; 3+ days/week in Bloomington with varied populations)
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ functional and academic goals
- Adapt strategies and materials as needed for student success
- Travel between assigned locations, managing time and caseload efficiently
