What we’re looking for:
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Florida
• Experience or interest in working with K-12 students in a school-based setting
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for engaging teachers, parents, and school staff
• Comfort with or willingness to learn virtual therapy platforms for remote service delivery
• Dedication to providing individualized, student-centered support
• Familiarity with compliance, documentation standards, and IEP participation
• Commitment to professional growth and positive outcomes for students
Primary responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and implement tailored OT interventions for students
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and keep thorough, compliant documentation
• Collaborate with educators and families to maximize student success
• Deliver services both on-site and virtually, ensuring consistent care across locations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
• Support schools in fostering accessible, inclusive learning environments
