In this role, you'll work 30 hours per week across 7 schools, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ individualized education plans. A key responsibility will be supervising a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, ensuring continuity and high-quality care for students.

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Florida
• Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy settings preferred
• Proven ability to provide therapy through onsite and/or virtual methods
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable supervising and mentoring a COTA

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students across assigned schools
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services, incorporating both in-person and virtual modalities as appropriate
• Supervise and support a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, fostering professional growth and ensuring client goals are met
• Document progress and collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student participation and independence
• Travel between school sites as required (travel time managed within the weekly schedule)
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and district guidelines and documentation standards
