Qualifications:
- Valid licensure for Occupational Therapy in Idaho (or eligibility)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students to determine strengths and challenges in fine and gross motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with educational goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including teachers, staff, and families—to optimize student outcomes
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, sharing expert recommendations to support learners
- Provide strategies, modifications, and adaptive equipment suggestions to school staff and parents
