Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Occupational Therapy license for the state of Idaho (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans meeting IEP goals

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ functional needs within the educational environment
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy interventions to support student participation and performance
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school teams, and family members to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with school and state regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
