Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Indiana
• Previous experience working in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt interventions and strategies for students with a wide range of needs
• Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Implement therapy sessions addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure students’ needs are met
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school guidelines
• Participate in student support and IEP meetings as needed
• Provide training and consultation to school staff for generalization of skills in the classroom
