School Occupational Therapist - Bosque Farms, New Mexico

Key Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure required
• Experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred
• Home health and general healthcare occupational therapy background a plus
• Skilled at evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized student interventions
• Adaptable approach to diverse student needs, from elementary through high school
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive OT assessments for students in PreK–6th and 10th–12th grades
• Develop and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to ages and developmental levels
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other staff to ensure seamless therapy integration and student success
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy plans, session notes, and progress reports in compliance with school requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight into student goals and accommodations
• Support generalization of OT strategies across home and classroom settings
