Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid OT license in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain before start)
- Previous experience in school-based settings is highly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies for students from kindergarten through high school
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in groups, as outlined in their IEPs
- Assess student needs and develop appropriate intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student learning and participation
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings as an OT resource
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment
