School Occupational Therapist - Boston, Massachusetts

Skills & Experience Desired:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with eligibility to practice in Massachusetts
• Experience or strong interest in school-based OT services
• Background in supporting students across K-12, though specific caseload will be determined upon placement
• Knowledge of providing therapy in alignment with IEP goals
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs in an educational setting
• Comfortable working onsite and engaging in a dynamic school community

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Conduct assessments to identify areas impacting student participation and performance
• Document progress and communicate results clearly to stakeholders
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
• Support student access to curriculum and participation in school activities
