Take your expertise as an Occupational Therapist to a vibrant school community near Boston, MA! This contract, onsite position offers a dynamic full-time schedule of 32.5 hours per week, working hands-on with K-12 students for the 2026/27 academic year. As you support developing learners, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative, student-focused environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
  • Strong commitment to meeting the unique individual needs of K-12 students
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a diverse range of student abilities and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
  • Conduct assessments and develop targeted intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services, progress notes, and updates on student performance
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions regarding student development
  • Provide expertise and resources that empower educators and caregivers to facilitate student learning and independence
