Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in Massachusetts
• Previous experience providing therapeutic services within a school setting (preferred)
• Comfortable adapting to various grade levels, including Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and High School
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, administrators, and families
• Ability to develop effective intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Flexible and resourceful; open to both onsite and hybrid work arrangements

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students from Kindergarten through High School
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement IEP goals and support students’ access to the curriculum
• Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Offer recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment where every student can thrive
