Grades 6 - 8 K-5 School Occupational Therapist | Boston, Massachusetts

A skilled Occupational Therapist is needed to provide support for students across multiple grade levels, including K-5, 6-8, and 9-12, at a school in Boston, MA. This contract position has an immediate start and is expected to continue through the end of the academic year, with potential extension into July.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to students’ individual educational needs across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Develop and implement therapy plans that promote functional skills, sensory processing, and fine motor development
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapeutic techniques within the classroom environment
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and comply with all relevant regulations and policies

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license, with experience in school-based settings preferred
• Proven ability to work effectively with children from K-12, including diverse learning needs
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to cover until the end of the school year and ideally through July
