This contract opportunity, conveniently situated near Boston, MA, is an immediate need—providing you with the chance to make a tangible difference right away. You'll be working with a diverse range of students across elementary, middle, and high school grades (K–12), supporting their unique learning and developmental goals through the remainder of the academic year, with the possibility to continue through July.
What we're seeking:
• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience working with school-aged children across K–12 (elementary, middle, and high school populations)
• Strong collaboration skills for partnering with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy and interventions
• Excellent communication abilities and a genuine passion for empowering students
What you’ll be doing:
• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and creating tailored intervention plans
• Providing direct therapy services to students in small groups and one-on-one settings
• Supporting teachers and staff with strategies to help students achieve their functional and academic goals
• Monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed to ensure positive student outcomes
• Participating in IEP meetings and maintaining accurate documentation
• Helping facilitate smooth transitions between grade levels where appropriate
