This contract opportunity offers positions for dedicated professionals interested in supporting student success through personalized therapeutic interventions. Two unique assignments are available: one part-time (4 days/week) lasting the full academic year, and another full-time role for the second semester. You'll have the chance to work in vibrant neighborhoods, collaborating with supportive school teams to foster progress and engagement for students of all ages.

What we’re looking for:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid licensure to practice in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy is highly valued
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Commitment to culturally responsive, student-centered care
  • Enthusiasm for working with diverse populations and tailoring interventions accordingly

Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions addressing fine motor, sensory, and self-help skills
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and legal guidelines
  • Serve as a resource for education staff, providing strategies for classroom inclusion
