Step into an impactful opportunity as a school-based Occupational Therapist, working with a diverse caseload of students aged 6 to 14. This contract role begins immediately and is anticipated to extend through the end of the academic year, providing you the chance to support students' growth and development in settings that value your expertise.

You’ll work approximately 18 hours per week, with your time likely divided between a middle and an elementary school close to Bothell, WA. As a valued occupational therapy professional, your focus will be on a manageable caseload of around 16 students—ensuring you can truly make a difference for each child.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Washington OT license
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong new grads encouraged to apply
  • Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and documentation
  • Reliable communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to adapt and tailor therapy to diverse student needs, ranging from mild to moderate support requirements

In This Role, You Will:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse elementary and middle school population
  • Assess students’ functional skills and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Maintain organized documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Provide direct therapy, consultative support, and staff training as appropriate
