Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active New Jersey state OT license in good standing
- Previous experience in a school-based setting and comfort with PreK–4th grade students preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering growth and learning in a diverse student population
Your Role Includes:
- Conducting assessments and creating individualized treatment plans for students
- Providing direct therapy sessions and innovative interventions tailored to each student’s goals
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and other educational staff to support student progress
- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
- Participating in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to help shape student support strategies
Compensation & Benefits: This contract offers an hourly rate ranging from $40 to $60, paid out weekly for your convenience.
