Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility) in Pennsylvania
  • Practice experience in educational, healthcare, or home health environments
  • Exposure to OT in schools, teletherapy, or pediatric settings is strongly preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Dedication to promoting student independence and engagement
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Your Role Includes:

  • Delivering individualized and group OT services to students, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
  • Assessing student needs, setting goals, and supporting their IEP objectives
  • Consulting with teachers and families to foster skill development across settings
  • Developing creative strategies and interventions to enhance participation and function
  • Monitoring progress and maintaining accurate, timely records
  • Participating in IEP meetings and offering insights for student growth
