Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in Indiana
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches for individualized student care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students according to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Assess developmental, sensory, and functional abilities to determine student needs
- Develop and implement targeted intervention strategies to support classroom participation and independence
- Provide consultative support to teachers and families to optimize learning environments
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for student growth
- Educate staff and caregivers on techniques that promote skill development throughout the school day
