Occupational Therapist School Setting - Bremerton, WA

Desired Qualifications:

• Hold an active WA Occupational Therapy (OT) license
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification required
• Must have completed fingerprinting through OSPI
• Experience in school-based OT strongly encouraged
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability to adjust to various caseloads and settings
• Ability to provide documentation of licensure when submitting your interest

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized plans based on students’ unique educational needs
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to foster a nurturing, inclusive environment
• Track and document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and communicate outcomes with parents and staff
• Provide direct support, consultation, and training for staff and families as needed
