Desired Qualifications:
- Hold an active WA Occupational Therapy (OT) license
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification required
- Must have completed fingerprinting through OSPI
- Experience in school-based OT strongly encouraged
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability to adjust to various caseloads and settings
- Ability to provide documentation of licensure when submitting your interest
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized plans based on students’ unique educational needs
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to foster a nurturing, inclusive environment
- Track and document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and communicate outcomes with parents and staff
- Provide direct support, consultation, and training for staff and families as needed
