Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid California Occupational Therapist license
- Previous experience supporting children or adolescents, ideally in a school setting
- Proactive communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable working onsite in an in-person setting for the duration of the assignment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
- Maintain accurate records and timely progress reports in alignment with school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff to ensure cohesive support
