Occupational Therapist School Setting - Brentwood, CA

As a valued on-site team member, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists to help students achieve their full potential by delivering individualized therapy and intervention plans tailored to their needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license valid in California
• Previous experience providing OT services within a K–12 school environment preferred
• Strong ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to in-person work daily

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessment and evaluation of students’ motor skills, sensory integration, and functional abilities
• Design and execute therapeutic interventions supporting academic and functional success
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to share progress and offer recommendations
• Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Consult with multidisciplinary teams to adapt environments and materials for student success
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the IEP process as needed
