Step into a rewarding role supporting student growth as an Occupational Therapist in a Charter School setting near Brentwood, NY. You will provide direct occupational therapy services to a small, focused caseload of three students who have not received support since March, making your expertise especially valuable.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and knowledge of latest OT interventions for school-aged children
- Ability to work independently and manage a small caseload
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
- Commitment to providing compassionate, student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to three students within a charter school
- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation per school policies and regulations
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure therapy is integrated into daily routines
- Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding goals and progress
