You’ll work closely with students and interdisciplinary teams to foster independence and facilitate student success.
Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- At least one year of direct classroom experience
- Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license or proof of active application is mandatory
- Experience collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Strong organizational skills for managing a two-site, 50-student caseload
- Genuine passion for student-centered, evidence-based therapy services
Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled, onsite OT interventions for students with diverse needs at two schools
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with educators and families to support students’ developmental, sensory, and functional skills
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress updates
- Travel independently between assigned school sites as needed
- Advocate for occupational therapy and student needs within the school community
