This full-time contract opportunity spans the 2026-2027 academic year, providing services across two welcoming school communities. You’ll work closely with students and interdisciplinary teams to foster independence and facilitate student success.

Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
  • At least one year of direct classroom experience
  • Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license or proof of active application is mandatory
  • Experience collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff
  • Strong organizational skills for managing a two-site, 50-student caseload
  • Genuine passion for student-centered, evidence-based therapy services

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled, onsite OT interventions for students with diverse needs at two schools
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support students’ developmental, sensory, and functional skills
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress updates
  • Travel independently between assigned school sites as needed
  • Advocate for occupational therapy and student needs within the school community
